The last week of October has always been hyped up for the amount of Halloween activities and parties. This year, Coslandia won't be missing out on the spooky fun as they bring Coslandia 2019, happening from November 1 to 3 at the SMX Convention Center Aura, Taguig City.
Dubbed as the ultimate J-Pop culture event, Coslandia, aims to bring Filipinos closer to Japan’s entertainment, fashion, food, and more. Among the slated events is a special performance by Philippines’ idol group MNL48, along with J-pop Idols 1-Girl, Reverse Tokyo, Samero, Hazuki Tsubasa, Yuasa Michiru, Gracorex and Fairytales.
Otakus, on the other hand, can have the chance to meet Shintaro Hirota, the comic creator behind the hit manga series Seikamatsu Blue. The director, Tetsuya Hashi, and the cast of Seikamatsu Blue’s film adaptation will also be there for a special activity and appearance.
No J-Culture event is fully realized without cosplay. Leading international Cosplay magazine, Cosplay Mode, will be joining the event, bringing Japanese cosplay star Charisma Cosplayer.
Other exciting exhibits, activities, and guests are at this year's Coslandia such as anime voice actors and theme song singers, international and local cosplayers, manga and anime artists, as well as e-sport tournaments, video game events, and many more.
