To be frank, burgers and live music is a collaboration we didn't know we needed—that is, until Zark's married both in one event. For their 10th anniversary, the homegrown burger joint, which started as an 18-seater hole-in-the-wall, is throwing their first-ever Zark's Fest, happening on August 17 at the Century City Mall in Makati City.
Most of us may have followed the story of how one inviting Zark's promo sent burger lovers to a collective excitement, mobbing around malls in the metro to taste their specialty—a testament to quality burgers the joint offers. But beyond the case in point, Zark's Burgers sees the proper 10th-anniversary celebration is with live local indie music.
Acclaimed folk icons and sold-out concert artists Ebe Dancel, Johnoy Danao, and Bullet Dumas are set to headline the festival. Completing the stellar lineup areI Belong To The Zoo,Mayonnaise,Quest,Sandwich,Orange & Lemons,Autotelic,Shirebound and Busking,Lola Amour, andShadow Moses. Zark's had us at burgers; now we can't tell where we're at.
Much like a scrumptious burger's formula, Zark's Fest 2019 has layers of you can't miss this! events. We're talking immersive art displays, an affordable art market, and, of course, the most anticipated showcase of their so-called comeback burgers. It's an entire day to be on a roll! (no bun intended)
Tickets are availableonline and at Zark's branches nationwide for 800php (Regular), and 950php (Walk-in). Go extra ala Livin' La Vida Lowcarb with the limited Zarkada ticket for 1,200php to avail free foods, drinks, an official event shirt, and stickers.
While you're crossing your calendars 'til #ZarksFest2019, you can stream Inside Manila's Zark's Fest 2019 playlist to pickle your excitement more. Burgers optional.
