The first-ever vegan food and lifestyle festival in the country is back—VegFest Pilipinas celebrates its 3rd year bigger and better with the year's theme "Let There Be Peace On Every Plate" to showcase the vegan lifestyle isn't bland nor boring but rather delicious, fun and exciting without the unhealthiness nor the violence that comes with eating meat.

Festival-goers are set to enjoy a two-day celebration on November 17-18 at the BGC Arts Center from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Each day is packed with activities such as yoga and fitness classes, cooking demos, educational talks, games, and the 80 all-vegan merchants bringing their cruelty-free goods to the table.

Proud Filipino vegan celebrities like Mara Lopez, Meds Marfil of Truefaith, Addy Raj, John James Uy, and Rafael Rosell are set to join the celebration too.

And as if the events not doing enough, each year VegFest Pilipinas chooses a beneficiary, and for this year its Science of Identity (SIF) Care, a non-profit organization that actively campaigns veganism, animal protection through its various projects like feeding programs, environment clean-up drives and anti-pawikan poaching campaigns.

Veg-curious or not, VegFest Pilipinas is a sure fun event to go. Because what better way to celebrate a movement if not in the most fun and healthy way?
