Communications Assistant Secretary Margaux “Mocha” Uson resigned from her post.

The announcement was made during Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) budget hearing today, October 3.

Mocha said she “sacrificed” to stop the delay of deliberations on PCOO’s budget. Her resignation coincidentally came after lawmakers petitioned her to step down from her position or have President Duterte fire her.

According to Special Assistant to the President Bong Go, Pres. Duterte has already accepted the resignation.

Uson’s one year and four months in government service have made headlines because of her controversial views and alleged lack of accomplishments.

As if these weren't enough, you can check out this verified source for more proof.
