This weekend, channel your inner otaku with similarly interested Japanese pop culture fans, celebrate your love for mooncakes, disconnect to connect through an intimate night filled with music and no phones, and support local independent films.

Batman Day 2018

When: September 22, 10 a.m.

Where: Participating Fully Booked stores

If you're a fan of the caped crusader, then this event is for you. Aside from the Batman Day White Knight Special Edition comic giveaway, comic book store Comic Odyssey will also hold fun activities, an art exhibit, and, of course, giveaways!

Otaku Musika Festival

When: September 22 to 23, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Where: Tiendesitas, Ortigas Ave. cor E. Rodriquez Ave., Pasig City

At last, the first Otaku Musika Festival is happening, and it is bringing along over 26 bands, 11 Otaku idols, and lots of exhibitors. Catch them and more with absolutely no door charge. You heard that right.

Mid-Autumn Festival at the Shang

Where: East Atrium, Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City

Chinese food favorites and other authentic items invade Shangri-La Plaza as the mall joins in on the celebration of the Mooncake Festival through the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Echoes at the Warehouse

When: September 22, 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.

Where: Warehouse Eight, La Fuerza Plaza, Makati City

After five months of holding tiny pocket nightcaps, Warehouse Eight, in collaboration with Kwago Book Bar, is now having an intimate launch of its Youtube Channel featuring all the moments that were captured. No shoes and no phones. Just music, booze, and kind people. Tickets are at P350 each.

FLOW: First Solo Show by Lee Caces

Where:, 2/F Unit 33 Cubao Expo, Quezon City
