Men holding bags and taking naps in stores where their significant others shop is a scenario that is common everywhere. This #MiserableMen IG account says it all, and The Museum Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (MFPI). wants to change that.

MFPI’s main objective is to raise awareness and appreciation on Philippine art, history, and culture. One way to realize this is by organizing events such as the MaArte fair to raise funds to continue supporting the National Museum.

This year, MaArte Fair aims to be more inclusive with its the newly-launched Pinoy Man Cave. The new addition  comes with a space that holds special products and booths dedicated to gents: Filip+Inna, La Herminia Piña, Creative Definitions, Balay ni Atong, and more.

"We will make it worthwhile for them when they accompany their wives and girlfriends to the fair this year,” MFPI President Albert Avellana remarked.

The inclusiveness of the event gives more people more reasons to participate.

The ladies do not need to feel left out because the fair does not forget where its foot traffic comes from. From apparel, jewelry, accessories, fragrances, and home decor, there will be an exhibitor waiting for them.

Shop 'til you drop and for a cause because MFPI's MaArte Fair gives a chance for the unique Filipino craftsmen and designers to flourish at what they do. The second best part? Admission is free!

MaArte Fair is happening on August 10 to 12 at The Peninsula Manila, Makati City. For more information, call MFPI at (02) 697.9509 or (02) 404.2685, or visit ww.museumfoundationph.org.
