(Inside Manila) JaDine fans are not the only ones raving about “Never Not Love You”. It earned positive reviews and reactions from the audience and if there's anyone who couldn't be more proud, it would be the director, Antoinette Jadaone.

In her Instagram stories, she thanked all those who supported her latest project and as a treat, she shared several "Never Not Love You" fun facts.

"Trivia: Adlib ni Chames (James Reid) 'yung wala bang mustard? Hahahaha. At si Nadz (Nadine Lustre) ang pumili ng 'love' as a term of endearment ni Joanne at Gio (Pero Chames begged to disagree, tama ba?)" she wrote.

The "hugot director" also shared that the music in "Never Not Love You's" teaser and trailers were composed by Len Calvo, who also made the score for the country's top-grossing indie film "Kita Kita".

"It was a collaborative effort yes but when you're working with open, creative people like Len, nakakahawa 'yung creative juices nita, parang nasasagap mo sa hangin 'yung galing nila kaya mahihiya kang maging tatamad-tamad o sabihing pwede na 'yan. Thank you Len. Your music was... is beautiful," she said.

The director also revealed that the movie's first scene, where Joanne was shown fresh from the shower in her boarding house, was edited out. The last scene in the film was shot at around 10pm.

Another interesting fact is that the scene where Nadine slapped James took two takes.

"Mahina 'yung Take 1. Masakit daw kasi siya sumampal. Sabi ko, sampalin mo na talaga, kailangan kita intensity eh, kaya niya 'yung sakit. James agrees. Nung nag-take na uli, PAK! Ayung masakit nga! Lolz," she wrote.

“Never Not Love You”, which is produced by Viva Films, earned 20 million within the first two days of its release.

It tells the young and carefree relationship of Gio and Joanne, who make reckless decisions because of love. Joanne, for that matter, left her dream of becoming a brand manager just to move in with Gio in London.
