(Inside Manila) Prepare for a night of music as the 2017 ASEAN National Organizing Council sets the stage for the ASEAN Music Festival 2017, slated November 14, from 7 p.m. onwards, at the Ayala Triangle Gardens, in Makati.

Ten countries from the Southeast Asian region will grace the Manila stage and offer a taste of their music, fulfilling ASEAN’s vision to highlight cross-cultural exchange in the form of musical performances.

Joining the festivities are Filipino alternative, indie, and modern rock acts Parokya Ni Edgar, Franco, Silent Sanctuary, Ben&Ben, Sandwich, and The Ransom Collective—the latter representing the country in the ASEAN-India Musical Festival last October.

Held along the sidelines of the 31st ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings, ASEAN Music Festival is part of the yearlong celebration of the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN and the Philippine Chairmanship of ASEAN Meetings for 2017.

Apart from the aforementioned, various ministerial meetings across Metro Manila and Clark Field in Pampanga will precede the grand celebration.

An exciting showcase of musical diversity; a one-of-a-kind soiree. Best part? Free admission!
