We Asked People On The Unusual Things In Their Bags They Can’t Leave The House Without

The odder, the better
There are things in our bags we can’t leave the house without; it may range from the usual wallet and keys but it can also reach the unusual level. Meaning, it can be something that’s aren’t just keys, wallet, phone, or notebook/s. Sometimes it may serve no immediate purpose entirely but we just can’t leave it behind. To get our curiosity dealt and done with (and prove you’re not alone in this), we asked people what are the “unusual staples” in their bags and why it stands to stay.
“I can't, in good conscience, go to work without my lint roller. In this industry, being presentable is not an option. I move around a lot and meet different people every day. My lint roller is just one of the few instruments that give me confidence in my appearance,”

“Pin ng basketball. Minsan kasi derecho na ako sa court after office. Tapos nangangailangan ng pin para mahanginan 'yung bola na gagamitin namin. Dati kasi naubos oras namin kakahanap ng mahihiraman ng pin para makapaglaro na kami. Simula noon, dinadala ko na lagi kasama 'yung pang pump ng bola na portable,”

“Extension Cable. Because outlet is life in computer work and sa gigs. As in tinawanan na ako for bringing extension cables pero nakinabang naman rin sila. Lol #Noobs”

“'Yung relic ni San Padre Pio at ni Saint Augustine. One of my favorite saints ko sila. Pagdala ko ang mga 'yon, I feel protected habang nasa kalye o nasaan man ako. One time, nadukutan ako ng wallet na may lamang pambayad ko sa meralco, all my IDs. Kasama ang relic ni Padre Pio. Hindi ko na inexpect na mabalik sakin. Pero to my surprise, nauna pang nakauwi sakin 'yung wallet na 'yon, kasama mga IDs at relic, sa bahay,”

“ATM Receipts. For easy monitoring. Para kung may bibilin ako titignan ko lang 'yung receipt 'pag nakita ko balance ‘di na ko bibili kasi wala na palang laman,”

See? Young and old, we all have our little oddities—even in our bags. From what these people shared and the reasons behind it, one can see personalities and priorities come to surface even in the most mundane things. And we think that makes every one of us interesting.
