(Inside Manila) When the first teaser trailer of “Stranger Things” Season 2 was released, the world was brought back into the nostalgia the first season has successfully delivered. The wait is finally easier for fans desperate for the pilot episode, even if it’s just around the corner, thanks to this game.

Netflix, together with the show’s directors, the Duffer brothers, released a 16-bit video game version of the show that, just like the series, lugs major retro vibes and taps into a nostalgia felt only in the 80s.

In this game, you can play as Chief Hopper, Lucas Sinclair, or just about any of the show’s characters with different abilities, and fight the Demogorgon and escape the Upside Down!

Check out the trailer here:

“Stranger Things: The Game” is free to download on both Android and iOS devices. The first episode of the hit show, “Madmax,” will premiere on Netflix on October 27.
