(Inside Manila) OPM icon Parokya ni Edgar's (PNE) frontman Chito Miranda and alternative rock group Gracenote had finally launched their first ever collab song entitled "Bakit Ganyan Ka?"

A lyric video was posted on Monday, October 2.

"Bagong kanta mula sa amin ng Gracenote. Napagtripan lang namin. Walang pino-promote, walang album, walang music video, walang kahit ano... maliban sa kanta. Katuwaan at trip trip lang talaga," Chito said in an Instagram post.

Meanwhile, Gracenote vocalist Eunice Jorge still could not believe that she got to work with PNE's lead man.

"I just couldn't get over the fact that we have a collab with Chito Miranda. I mean, it's the dream!! Lagi ko man sinasabi sa gig na minsan hanggang panaginip nalang talaga. But guys… DREAMS DO COME TRUE!" she wrote.

Three months ago, Miranda and Jorge teased about a possible collaboration between the two OPM bands.

PNE is considered as the longest running band in the country known for songs like "Harana", "Halaga" and "Pangarap Lang Kita". Gracenote, on the other hand, is known for their hits like "Amnesia", "Pwede Ako" and "I Will Wait".

This is definitely an OPM match made in heaven!
