(Inside Manila) Love coffee and books? Then this is the place for you.

Mobile pop-up library The Book Stop and WTA Architecture and Design Studio, in partnership with Figaro, will hold an event where book and coffee lovers gather for coffee appreciation while on their Book Blind Dates.

For two days, Figaro's team of trainers will conduct talks about coffee and basic brewing: Mr. Randy Catapang and Mr. Lorenzo Tandico on Friday, September 15; and Mr. Geoffrey Caranceja and Mr. Alexander Rivera on Saturday, September 16.

Concluded talks will be followed by free tasting sessions of Figaro’s coffee and “Blind Date with a Book,” where wrapped books left only with keywords will be submitted for exchange.

Earlier in August, a "Blind Date with a Book" event top billed The Book Stop’s lineup of events for the duration of its stay in High Street. The mobile space saw foot traffic from students, teenagers, and young professionals—a testament to just how much it ups the ante in accessibility of libraries.

Admission on "Coffee & Books" is free, but pre-registration required.

The Book Stop is at Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City. For more information, visit The Book Stop’s official Facebook page.
