The Philippines has always been commended for world-class products and artisans. Indeed, supporting local is not just to uplift our fellow Filipinos—they can truly make quality products to be proud of. What they need is more avenue where to promote their work and eventually entice people to buy. The annual National Arts and Crafts Fair is one avenue for them, happening from October 24-27 at the Megatrade Halls 1, 2, and 3 of SM Megamall.

Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry’s c, the 2019 National Arts and Crafts Fair provides an avenue for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) a space to showcase and sell their products. Themed as the Philippines Artisan Show, 227 exhibitors from all over the country will showcase the indigenous and heritage crafts of Filipino artisans from the country’s 17 regions.
Aside from the big market of local products, the event will also feature cultural presentations, film showing, live performances from Filipino artists, and several arts and crafts workshops.
Support and go local all throughout this weekend and don’t worry, admission is free!
